Terms and Conditions
Services:
Matchmaker agrees to provide matchmaking services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to:
a. Conducting a thorough assessment of the Client's preferences, interests, and compatibility factors;
b. Searching for potential matches from the Matchmaker's database, network, and other sources;
c. Arranging introductions and facilitating communication between the Client and potential matches;
d. Providing feedback and guidance to the Client throughout the matchmaking process;
e. Assisting in coordinating and scheduling dates or meetings between the Client and potential matches; and
f. Offering advice and support to the Client during the course of the matchmaking service.
Terms of Engagement:
a. The Matchmaker's services shall commence upon the execution of this Contract and shall continue for a period of [number of months/years] unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
b. The Client acknowledges and understands that the Matchmaker cannot guarantee the outcome or success of any matchmaking efforts. The ultimate decision regarding any potential relationship rests solely with the Client.
c. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Provider, its officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, including but not limited to any loss of data, income, or reputation. Provider's liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the Services.
d. Amendments: Provider reserves the right to amend or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Provider's website or notification to members. It is your responsibility to review the Disclaimer periodically for any updates or modifications.
Client Responsibilities:
a. The Client agrees to provide accurate and honest information to the Matchmaker during the matchmaking process, including personal details, preferences, and relationship goals.
b. The Client will promptly communicate any changes in personal circumstances or preferences that may affect the matchmaking process.
c. The Client acknowledges that maintaining an open mind and being receptive to potential matches is essential for a successful matchmaking experience.
Fees and Payment:
a. The Client shall pay the Matchmaker the agreed-upon fee for the matchmaking services as outlined in the attached fee schedule.
b. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing by the Matchmaker.
c. The Client shall be responsible for any additional expenses incurred during the matchmaking process, such as travel or dining expenses, as agreed upon in advance.
Confidentiality:
a. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and sensitive information shared during the course of the matchmaking service, including but not limited to personal profiles, contact details, and financial information.
b. The Matchmaker shall not disclose any client information to third parties without the express written consent of the Client, except as required by law.
Termination:
a. Either party may terminate this Contract upon providing written notice to the other party.
b. In the event of termination, the Client shall remain responsible for any outstanding fees owed to the Matchmaker as of the termination date.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
